Are you 50+ years old? You should be drinking more water for healthier life. Specially when having to deal with the COVID-19
The National Academies of Science, engineering and Medicine determined that daily fluid intake of 15.5 cups for men and 11.5 cups for women is recommended. Of course this could vary based on how active you are.
The benefits are 1)get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movement. 2) keep temperature normal 3) lubricates Joints 4) protects sensitive tissues.
Very important is to drink plenty of water if you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19 like fever, vomiting and diarrhea.
