Luis has been my personal trainer for the past 2 years. Luis is my first personal training experience and when we started exercising twice a week I was not in a great shape. My goal was to get healthier, a bit toned and loose a little weight. Since Luis is also an educated nutritionist, he can really give you great tips what to substitute with healthy choices. Luis is providing a program that never gets old or stale and is fully dedicated to your goals. He has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. Luis Guerra is a personal trainer in Yorktown and the founder and owner of 50 plus training, a fitness training company specifically designed for clients over 50 years old. He holds certifications in Personal Training, Pain Management,Corrective exercise and nutrition coaching.
