Pain and Injuries keeping you from exercising

One common problem many of my clients in the 50 and over age group is that by the time they come to me they have old injuries and deviations that are causing constant pain. Because of this, they have given up on exercising, gained fat, loss muscles, and have little energy.

One of my clients came to me with injuries that have kept her from exercising for months. My client loves to ride horses but she had an accident while riding that caused two broken wrists, a bad back, and a bad knee. Her goal was to get healthy and strong, lose fat and get back to riding her horse.

Because of my knowledge in personal training and specializing in Pain Management and corrective exercises, I put together a modified fitness program which included muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio, flexibility, body composition, and some corrective exercise.

I took into consideration her goals, capabilities and limitations to make sure this plan was customized to her needs.

After 5 months of working together most of the pain was eliminated if not alleviated and she is stronger than ever, reduced a considerable amount of fat on her body and is riding the horse again.
