How to Fight Sarcopenia (muscle loss due to aging)

Sarcopenia, Also known as muscle loss, is a common condition that affects Adults who are over 50 years old.
While it can decrease life expectancy and quality of life, there are actions you can take to prevent and even reverse the condition.
After middle age, adults lose 3% of their muscle strength every year, on average. This limits ability to perform many routine activities.
Unfortunately, sarcopenia also shortens life expectancy in those it affects, compare to individual with normal muscle growth.

actors that accelerate muscle loss are Disuse of muscle, unbalanced diet, Inflammation, Severe stress.
A very effective way to reverse Sarcopenia is Resistance training with fitness program that include Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Cardio, Flexibility and Improve body composition.
