Dan Haynes

Dan is a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. He graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training (AAPT) and holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Hofstra University. Alongside his career in personal training, Dan is also a dedicated volunteer firefighter, bringing discipline, commitment, and strength to both his profession and his community.

Dan has helped clients achieve a wide range of fitness goals, from weight loss and strength building to preparing for the NYPD and FBI physical agility tests. With extensive experience working with individuals 50 and older, he understands the unique challenges and needs of this demographic, focusing on safe, effective, and sustainable training methods.

His approach combines scientific principles with personalized training programs, ensuring that every client feels confident, empowered, and supported in their fitness journey.
