Luis Guerra

Luis Guerra is a personal trainer in Yorktown and the founder and owner of 50 plus training, a fitness training company specifically designed for clients over 50 years old. He holds certifications in Personal Training, Pain Management, Corrective exercise and nutrition coaching.
