It started with a friendly welcome by the head trainer and owner Luis, followed by the other participants which quickly turned into a team support group. You get individual attention while working together with a small group of 2 to 4 individuals 50 years plus. From day one I feel energized and stronger after my workouts!
As a daily walker I knew I needed to do more. I found 50+ Training online and gave Luis a call. That was 3 years ago. When I started I had a knee issue and had dealt with back pain for years. So was I a bit scared…you bet! But I have not needed any medical intervention in a year for my knee and my back pain is better as well! Luis works with care and intelligence and tailors the workout to each individual’s needs. I’ve gotten stronger and always leave my sessions with a sense of accomplishment. My workouts are as good for my mental health as they are for my physical being. Give Luis a try. You won’t be disappointed.
Lou and Dan really know their craft! My husband and I have done 95 sessions so far and I feel and see such a difference in my body and mood. They have such positive attitudes and are very patient and motivating. The exercises are challenging but they guide, demonstrate and adjust to your level and ability. Their sense of humor also helps to get me through the sessions. I would definitely recommend them and also the facility which is super clean and fully equipped. Thank you 50 Plus Training!
Luis and Dan are wonderful trainers. They take time to analyze your fitness health issues. They then adapt a program for you. Within a month you see real progress. You can bend, stretch, lift weights easily and safely, all in a positive, fun environment.

Over the years of use and abuse I have difficulty in strength and balance. After a few sessions my balance now is better than it has been in ten years and my strength has been gradually improving. The program was designed for my needs and constantly monitored and updated. I highly recommend them, it will make a difference.
